International orders are shipped via Australia Post and may require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties, which may be imposed by customs or postal authorities in your country of delivery.
* Canada Delivery: Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada.
As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024, excluding International Courier.
To ensure that every customer receives a quality product, all items go through a quality inspection and are packed to ensure that items arrive safely.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Orange Cube confirming your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking link to keep you updated.
Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 Australia-wide.

Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day during business hours. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends and Victoria public holidays will be processed the next business day.
For deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt of your parcel. If no one is available to sign, the courier will redirect the parcel to the nearest post office and notify you by leaving a collection card in your mailbox.
If you select ‘Authority to Leave’, you give permission to the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is in attendance. If the courier deems there is no safe place to leave the parcel it will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.
