Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please note Orange Cube only offers returns, refunds and exchanges from our website and stores. Any purchases from third parties will not be accepted. Please return any products purchased from third parties back to the original store it was purchased from.
We are not liable for other stores returns, refunds and exchanges policies.
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly unable to be returned for change of mind purposes. We recommend carefully selecting the earrings before purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Change of Mind
Orange Cube takes pride in our craftsmanship to produce quality products, and so we are happy to refund or exchange on full priced and seasonal sale goods that are unused. Goods should be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Any returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Please contact us via the return and exchange form below within 48 hours of receiving your items with your intention to return or exchange.
A maximum of 2 change of mind returns only.
All return goods must be:
- In original condition and must be unused and unaltered in anyway
- With all original tags and packaging
- With original receipt
- Within 30 days
- With the return form completed
- Shipped via Australia Post with tracking
For last chance items (discontinued products) and EOFY sale items, we do not accept any change of mind returns or exchanges.
Customers are liable for all shipping expenses and we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
The returns process can take up to 7 business days from the time of receiving the returned item.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Faulty Items
We inspect and quality control all our items sent out, however in the unlikely event that your items are faulty, we are happy to replace or exchange with another product. If there is no suitable replacement, we can offer a full refund including shipping costs. *Overseas purchases will not generate a return label.
Goods should be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
